PnP asap pathetic service

Entirely the wrong order was delivered to me on Sunday. It had my name on the sticker but someone else's things. Please can these be returned today and a refund given.

I explained this multiple times and clarified that the adress I am at with the products is different to the delivery adress on Sunday. But of course the driver arrived at the wrong adress today (end of Tuesday).

I have spoken to numerous people and have explained this too many times. It has been escalated but Noone has been competent enough to sort this out.

Escalating this doesn't work. You have all my details. Just collect these items and refund me. Simple. Then I will delete this comment.
