Pnp ASAP pathetic service

Hi Yesterday I ordered items from pnp asap to be delivered to my home, it was supposed to be delivered by 6pm it came after 8pm however the driver complaining to us how he had to leave his home jus to fetch our things come come He showed us the torn packet and made us aware that's its torn as soon as he left we unpacked and checked the items you guys have missed some of my stuff I bought the promo 3 lays for 46 and got 2 I ordered a fillet chicken breast and I got nothing these 2 items I haven't received and was charged I know u guys refunding me with sunlight and shower gel I emailed several time i used asap chat i called spoke to Vuyo Fanta he said I will be refunded till now I got now confirmation on anything than now an email to say my ticket is closed another one to say it's been investigated now I am furious and this really is not tolerated I paid for stuff I didnt get the driver is extremely unprofessional and comes late I sent pictures and still nothing... order number is *** ... my name is tarisha singh Urgent assistance is required I am extremely annoyed now
