PNP ASAP ORDER NO SHOW

Placed my asap order at 15:41. It is now 17.39 and no sign of my order. Phoned the support line, the only response is that the store has not yet started to pack my order. What about them advertising "receive your order in 60 minutes". Terrible service. Have never waited longer that 30min for my checkers 60/60 orders.
