Pnp asap order never delivered for over a week and no refund .PNP festival mall

I ordered groceries onnthe PNP Asap app and until today i haven't received my delivery or even got a refund instead the app gave notification that my stuff was delivered after tracking driver on 21 November whilst waiting outside according to the app he never left Pick n Pay festival mall.

I called in multiple times and was told i will get a full refund which is instant and still i do not receive R1500 of my money or ever been contacted for a redelivery.

I want my money ASAP i have no groceries
