PNP asap, only quick to debit your account

I ordered good on the PNP asap app on the 24th of Sept. Once received, I immediately notified them of certain missing items. After hours on the phone trying to resolve it and promises by ASAP customer service manage Sibusiso, I was left to fetch the items from the store myself. I will never use the service again. It is completely unacceptable to blatantly lie to your customers and ***** their money.
