PnP ASAP online shopping

Tried the new PnP online shopping app ASAP yesterday 25/22/21. Ordered my stuff round 11am, paid and eta was 14-00-15-00. Then moved to 15-00-16-00. Then moved to 17-00-18-00. Then moved to the next day 26/11/21 10-00-11-00. Stuff eventually arrived at 11-00 and all the frozen pies and fish had defrosted completely. The pie's may be ok but I am not taking chances with fish. This is why Checkers 60mns is giving PnP carots in the online shopping market. Poor service, I emailed, I called and hung on for 11 mins only to get cut off. Still no acknowledgement of my email complaint.
