Pnp ASAP, more like Pnp as soon as NEVER

I would give PnP ASAP a negative five stars if I could. Completely unreliable service. I’ve used them once before and one of my parcels never arrived. I was told they were “too busy” to deliver it and that I’d be refunded — which only came through a week later.

Today, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. They took my money and didn’t even process the order. Now I’m being told the refund may take 2–4 hours or possibly 5–7 days. Imagine that.

Their poor service has left me completely inconvenienced, and at this point I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Honestly, the whole thing feels like a ****.p ASAP a - 5 on stars
