Pnp asap. Major disappointment once again and always

Pick 'n Pay ASAP is once again a major disappointment. This is not the first time I'm complaining. I have an order number #***7. Missing items from a delivery they made to me. I am missing 5 items from the delivery. When I asked the delivery guy, he had no idea that he had to deliver a total 7 items to me. I phoned Pnp asap twice and the customer service agents I spoke to had the audacity to tell me that they have a high volume of calls. I don't care how much work you have. I just need my stuff either delivered or my money refunded back into my account asap! I do not want them to refund credit back into their app because it is useless! I have deleted the app and I just want my money back. Pnp asap, this is pathetic. I urge you to do better or close shop if you can't conduct simple tasks.
