PnP ASAP is useless. Rather use someone else.

Every time I use ASAP, the items I ordered and what is delivered are two different things. Why can PNP not get there stock holding and planning right? Then lets say the itams they don't deliver are values at R50, that goes into my wallet for next time. But again, next time they dont deliver which means there is still money in my wallet. I cannot use the wallet for any of the other delivery options. Why cant they just credit your account? This forces us to keep having to pay delivery fees! It is a ****! Also why do the banks allow billing without the standard credit card checks for credit cards? Whether R50 or R4000, I dont get a bank check. This is dangerous!
