PNP ASAP IS USELESS

I did not receive my delivery even though it shows delivered on the system. Check with neighbours and they did not received it either. Call the call centre and they can only escalate and not action it. Then get a stupid email saying the system shows delivered and not the case I must reply again what a delay tactic that is - this was the entire reason for the call in the first place. There is always an issue with my ASAP orders
