PNP ASAP is Useless

PnP asap is useless. Ordered stuff at 15:50. It's over 3 hours later nw 19:02 still no delivery and showing 'delayed' spoke to Leigh-ann at customer service and gave her all my details. She put me on hold to check the delivery and then hung up.... never bothered to call back. I had to call back and explain the story to someone new. Really the worst delivery service. Now that shops are closed on a Sunday evening where am I expected to get the stuff for my kids lunch. Really annoyed with pnp and will never use them again!
