PnP ASAP is truly useless - Hatfield branch

I received the wrong order this morning after ordering at 8am. They came back to pick up the wrong order and I am still waiting on the right one. No-one can give me any information. I had to call the store personally and then got attitude from the staff because they did not believe the order was wrong. Why do I have to fight to get the items that I actually paid for? I had to make calls from 9am till 1pm and still I don't have my items. How is such a pathetic service allowed to continue?

I have ordered 3 times over the course of a few months and have had problems with every single delivery. I will not be using them ever again, they are truly useless. Not even their specials will attract me in using them ever again.
