Pnp ASAP is the worst delivery service

Pick 'n Pay ASAP. Their service has been terrible. I placed an order at 6pm, and the order was accepted. However, then changed the estimated delivery time to the following day and said they would deliver in the morning. No one would be home to accept the delivery the following morning. So I tried to call their customer support line and the phone has an automated assist and then hangs up without reaching a consultant. I'm annoyed by this because this has been going on for a while.
