PnP asap is the worst! Black Christmas

Ordered on the 24th of December, my goods were never delivered however it was marked as delivered on the asap app. I rated the delivery 1 and stated it was never delivered. The status remained that way till today when I called customer service and informed them. The lady promised to escalate the problem. Later this afternoon, received a notification on the app that said my order was canceled and the money is in my wallet. No email, no response to my email, no apology just the app telling me what has been done. Very disappointing. They failed to deliver my order last year on Christmas, happened again this year!
