PnP ASAP is the worse. Impossible to get a refund

I have only had the worst experience with PnP ASAP so far. Firstly, having the name ASAP is a bit misleading to customers as orders take forever to be delivered. Secondly, when a order is placed the wrong order is delivered and then to get a refund is a nightmare. I have 1 refund due to me outstanding from July 2021, and another 2 amounts from beginning October 2021. I received emails stating that the refund has failed and I need to complete a refund form and send through banking details as well as proof of account in order for them to do a eft refund. I have done this on multiple occasions, spoken to multiple agents, the one being more unhelpful then the next. All promising me that the refund will be done and then closes the ticket. Telling me I need to wait 3 -7 days for it to reflect and just to find out after 7 days, nothing was done. Seriously, I am literally just waiting for my refund to be sent through to me then Im gonna uninstall the app and never use it again. Ill stick to sixty sixty that actaully delivers. I have spoken to a Manager aswell, more empty promises from him aswell, like they trained in the art of bad service.
