PNP ASAP is ****. Do not use them

I ordered on Pick n Pay ASAP on the mistaken assumption that my items would be delivered ASAP. A day later they hadn’t delivered and I cancelled the order and asked a refund. That was on 23 December 2022. It is now 2 February 2023 and I am yet to receive my money. I have spent so much money on the phone with their call centre. No one can ever assist. Save yourself the trouble and use Checkers. I never even want to walk into another Pick N Pay store. Their so called convenient app can only be described as an elaborate **** to graft their customers.
