PNP ASAP IS RUNNING A ********** OPERATION !

If I could give a 0 it would help . I am constantly being ****med by pick n pay . either they are short staffed or are running a **** I placed an order which I never received on 1/8 . I received an email saying I will be refunded/ credited but nothing yet . its been almost a month . It's probably the 5th time it has happened to me . I've had enough - So I'm giving free money to a multimillion Rand business ?? No thank you - furthermore - the order has disappeared from my app an the email doesn't Tate the order number either . this is ridiculous . I want my refund or credit .
