PNP ASAP is pathetic

PnP ASAP is the worst delivery services. Since I've used them there was probably only 1 time everything went smooth. Somehow the drivers can never find my location. This is weird because I often use checkers 60 and they never ever had an issue finding my location nor die Spar or any other delivery services for that matter. So I placed an order 12:30 with them. Their App does indicate anything about the driver. So I got a call number I don't know have issue when answering I cant hear the person anyway he call back I don't answer because I saw its the same number. So I waited till he ended the call and I call back from another phone thinking my phone is giving problems but this person doesn't answer. Anyway I call the helpdesk waited forever to speak to an agent this was 2pm she said they will dispatch another driver current one is on his way back to the shop. Hour go by 3 o clock I call again no driver has been dispatched. 4pm I call again they advise the driver is on his way to the shop. 4:50 I call for the last time they advised driver is in the shop to collect order. It is 7 o clock now and I am still waiting. How pathetic.
