Pnp Asap is nonsense

Pick n pay Asap is so unreliable. I ordered groceries. They accepted my order and am hour later they push delivery to next day. When i cancel the order I'm tkld i will only get my money between 5-10 days as if the error was on my side. Nonsense man!!
