PnP ASAP Is an Absolute Disgrace!!!!

PnP ASAP is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. What used to be a 60-minute delivery promise has now become a complete joke—orders arrive after 2 hours or, shockingly, get pushed to the next day without any notice or accountability. That’s not a delay; it’s a blatant failure to deliver on your core service.

To make matters worse, I have never been refunded a cent from the so-called “reserve fund.” In this economy, withholding customer funds under the guise of a reserve is nothing short of daylight *******.

This is not just poor service—it’s a total disregard for your customers. I will never use this app again and will be warning others to do the same. Absolutely pathetic.
