PNP ASAP is absolute TRASH!

Made a groceries order via the Pick 'n Pay ASAP app yesterday afternoon (15 October) The delivery was scheduled for later on in the afternoon.

When the order arrived, there was only 1 bag, whereas the order stated that 4 bags would be delivered. Not even half the order was delivered and the items were not even bagged, everything was just loose.

When the driver was told that the order was incomplete he just said that he doesn't know and left.

I contacted PnP ASAP and spoke to RAHEEL who promised to escalate with the store and have the order redelivered yesterday afternoon. This didn't happen. I tried to contact RAHEEL again on 2 separate occasions this morning and have yet to have her call me back.

I spoke to BRANNIGAM a few minutes ago and she explained that they are unable to get hold of the Vincent store (East London). She claimed that the only way would be for me to get a refund to the app for the items that were not delivered. How does it make sense that I use money to get groceries that I need IMMEDIATELY and not only are they NOT DELIVERED, I have to wait for DAAAAAYS for the refund which will first be sent to the app and I will then only be able to transfer back to my bank account?!?!?! What on God's EARTH am I supposed to eat NOW?!?!?!

I told this BRANNIGAM person that I wasn't satisfied with her response and that I needed to speak to a Supervisor. She told me that she was putting me on hold and then HUNG UP!!!! Completely unprofessional! RAHEEL has been ducking my calls all morning and has yet to call me back after I left my number for her to call me back.

THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND WHEN THE GOODS CAN JUST BE DELIVERED!!!!! How can a PnP call centre not have the necessary contact numbers for a store that they have to liaise with for deliveries and orders that need to be rectified?!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING, I can't say this is poor customer service because this doesn't even deserve to be called customer service in the first place! I am furious with frustration!!!!
