PNP ASAP IS A DISASTER

PICKNPAY ASAP.

I placed an order at 9:30AM and its been 5 hours and I still have not received my order.

I would not be here writting this review if it were the first time.

The App is not user friendly to chat with someone to find our whats actually going on, when you call the call centre, they give you a general answer.

Then when you ask to cancel your order and ask for your money back, it takes 3-5 days. PICKNPAY DOES NOT GIVE ME 3- 5 DAYS TO PAY FOR MY ORDER, I HAVE TO PAY IMMEDIATELY, BUT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ITS AN ISSUE.

I would rather stick to Checkers 60/60 who can actually live up to their delivery service and they have great communication skills.
