PnP ASAP is a ****!

PicknPay ASAP delivered an incomplete order 2 to 3 days ago and when I complained all they did was to send me a ticket# *** and nothing else. This is only one of many outstanding complains that have not been resolved. Can I get the CEO of PnP to contact me urgently?!
