PnP ASAP ignoring queries
I bought bulk lamb worth R1,010.31 @ R99.99 per kilogram as advertised on the PNP ASAP app on the 19th of May 2022. I notice the pricing discrepancy upon the arrival of my order, I was charged R109.99 per kilogram instead of R99.99 as advertised on the PNP ASAP app. I immediately took the screenshots of the pricing on the PNP ASAP app and sent the query to ASAP Support ***.
I included the receipt / Invoice which indicated the price of R99.99 per Kilogram. I also included the actual bar codes of the lamb delivered which indicated that I was over charged, R109.99 per kilogram instead of R99.99 as advertised. Nafeesah Latief acknowledged the query and provided the reference number ***. The incident happen over 2 weeks ago and am still awaiting for their response. I have sent numerous emails asking for the feedback and they are getting ignored.
This is unacceptable that Customers are getting cheated and Pick N Pay doesn’t want to take ownership in resolving the matters brought to their attention. It is way over 2 weeks and I have sent numerous follow up emails which PNP APP support is ignoring and not giving any me feedback. This is quiet unacceptable as I spend thousands of Rands with Pick n Pay on a monthly basis.
I had a previous query with PNP ASAP / Bottles I think a year or so ago and eventually I was told that it will be resolved only to find out that it got ignored until I forgot. It seems like your query department is not doing their job when it comes to attending to online queries, they ignore them until the customer forgets about them.
Please investigate and allocate the refund.
