Pnp Asap has the worst service of all delivery apps!

Pnp ASAP is the worst. On May 30th an incorrect order was delivered to me in the afternoon. This order was for a different customer.

The driver then contacted the Mall @ Reds store and said the shop mixed up the invoices. He then said the store would rearrange delivery for my correct order and he took back the incorrect one.

I sent a support request on the app and nobody responded to me. I then called the call center and agent said they would follow up with reds mall pick n pay to redilever my order, still nothing happened.

On the 31st of May, I called the support center again and another agent said there has been no escalation recorded. How is this possible???? She then said I should wait for redelivery. I called again on the same day in the afternoon and another agent told me they would follow up. I still have no feedback.

Your service is terrible and you don't give a damn about your customers. You need to credit the amount back into my account or the app or deliver my correct order. This is bull**** and I will involve the Ombudsman should this not be resolved. Why must I follow up with you as a customer when it should be the other way around? No feedback at all. *********** app and *********** call center.

PNP asap can learn a thing or two from Checkers and Woolies Dash.
