PNP ASAP, four hours is their ASAP

On 2 January 2025 I placed an order (***6) at 11:35 but was delivered at 15:20. This was an emergency for my daughter as I was not home. I would have cancelled if the app worked correctly and showed me that is how long I would have waited, but it did not. I did send an email to ASAP to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery time of almost four hours. I refuse to believe that in Klerksdorp it is so busy that it should have taken that long. To date nobody came back to me, explained, nothing. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not make use of them again.
