Pnp ASAP for Pnp Protea Glen is always offline

Pick n pay Protea Glen Mall always have their ASAP services unavailable. This has been happening quite alot and I would like to know why are we being inconvinced. Checkers 60 now is servicing the area. do you guys want to loose customers to Shoprite?
