Pnp Asap False advertising and no freebies given

I ordered from pnp asap where they advertised freebies, but when my groceries came there was no freebies inside, I called their asap department reporting this and they gave me the mumbo jumbo jargon whilst stock last, how do we as customers know how many people actually received their freebies or was this just a ploy for us customers to buy, Pathetic Pnp. I will be making people aware on socially media too about this farce.
