PnP ASAP duplicate charge debacle

I placed an order on Pick n Pay's ASAP app last week, only to have my credit card be debited three times. Since then, I have logged a complaint via the ASAP customer support team only to be completely ignored.

Completely unacceptable, and PnP makes it impossible to get a hold of the correct person (I was transferred twice before speaking to the correct department).

I'm still awaiting the credit of funds which were taken off my account without authorisation.
