PNP asap - don’t even try!!!
I ordered urgent products through the PnP ASAP app. I placed my order at 15:52 pm and till now still no order received. I called 3 pnp agents whom I wont name, due to respecting their privacy. I have been told that my matter has been escalated. Still waiting. I received a notification that the driver could not get a hold of me, however no missed calls received or any in app messages. I have been now told that I will be credited within 24-48 hours due to a service failure on their end. We truly live in interesting times!! All I wanted was a fan, in this very hot weather. I should have gone with the tried and tested checkers delivery. This was a waste of effort. Truly dissatisfied.

07 Nov 2024, 16:24I am still not getting much help with my query. I asked for assistance to no avail. Instead I am just getting generic responses. Today marks the 4th day since I placed an order and my items were not delivered (the issue not on my end by the way). My account was credited but I still have not received the funds. I requested a payout on Monday through the ASAP app. Where I was shown that payouts to cards can take between 3-5 workings days. Till today no money received. Ai!! I would be surprised if I would have received my money by Monday as indicated on the app. We shall see.
