PnP ASAP - don't bother using it

Extremely bad delivery and customer service! I placed an order on the ASAP app at 11h40 on a Saturday morning, it was delivered 7 hours later! Mistakes were made with some of the items ordered, similar to previous attempts at ordering via ASAP. Some items were also supposedly not available, I had to choose replacements but only managed to replace one of them. The other "unavailable" item was then in fact delivered. But worst of all: I had ordered a promotional pack of whisky with 2 glasses, but delivered was a pack with one of the glasses shattered. Since then I have repeatedly requested the glass or pack to be replaced, but with no success.
