Pnp ASAP , don't bother using it

I Ordered from pnp asap and made payment at 1pm. I was Told the order would arrive between 4 and 5pm. 4pm rolls around and the time shifts to between 5 and 6 and then continue to shift everytime i check the App. I have been messaging in the app constantly get an update. At 5.30 the app says my order is being prepared, since 15.48.

I have then been trying to cancel my order via the app chat, with no assistance or feedback.

Its now 19.30. Still no order. Call centre and online support is now closed.

We are in covid quarantine and needed the groceries.

The ASAP service is disgusting. I will never use them again!
