Pnp ASAP doing nothing about clients being ****med

Pick n Pay ASAP does not care about the safety of their customers online profiles. My profile was *****ulantly accessed, the person got access to my bank card details, my email etc. Even used R400 from my wallett. When I reported it, I was told to report it to my bank. Pick n Pay did not block that *****ulant profile, they did not try to reimburse me. In actual fact - not one of the agents understood what I told them and that someone else is using my details - even though they sent me screen shot of the ****mers details, they did NOTHING about it. Absolutely SHOCKING
