PnP Asap doesn’t deliver Asap- they are ****mers

Pick ‘n Pay Asap is a ****, I made an order on the 26th around 17:05, it was showing delivery time of 18-19:00, I waited for the delivery until 19:30 that’s when they changed on the App that my order will be delivered the next day from 8am-9am, I called the customer care line and they said they couldn’t find the driver but will deliver the following day, around 8 am they called me and that time I was at work, I arranged that they deliver around 5pm, they never did until now and they showed on the app that my order is delivered
