PNP ASAP. Do not use

PNP ASAP: We placed an order and after an hour they said that it was delivered but it was not. What was really frustrating was that I tried to contact the call centre on the day and was on hold for 55 minutes with no answer. I left a voice message as requested and no one has called back 2 days later.

I don’t understand how the app has stated that the delivery took place but it didn’t. We had no missed calls, the security at the gate said there was no one there no attempt at all. This is really poor service.
