PnP ASAP - DO NO USE

Placed an order on pnp asap at around 16:45, order was accepted. I continued work as I work from home, they estimated order to be delivered between 17:30-17:45, and that was perfect. At 17:30. realizing that there is no movement, I called them and the lady said the driver is on the way. She also said doesn't understand why the app isn't showing. At 17:55 I called again, the lady gave me the driver's number, whom she again confirmed driver is on the way. I called the driver, and he told me that pnp didnt give him my order as they were closing.

This was on the 14th September, I still have not received my money back. This is after they sent confirmation that it has been processed to my bank account!!

My question, why accept the order if you cannot deliver, if closing why not reallocate the order to another pnp shop those that closes at 20:00, all I get is ****^n apologies.....!!!!

PnP get interest in our money that they keep for 5-10 working days, so they do not give a **** about us. STILL TODAY
