PnP ASAP disgusting service.

I ordered goods for R573 from the PnP ASAP app. The money was taken from my bank but ASAP cancelled the order due to technical issues. After calls and emails, it took PnP 10 days to refund me! I would seriously hesitate to use that app again. The goods were on a weekend special so I missed the specials and struggled to get my money back.
