PNP asap - disgrace!!!!

If I could give minus 100 stars I would, I ordered on PNP asap, they deducted the amount of the cart items from my account and in addition another R2000, when I phoned they advised that it was system glitch, none the less this resulted in my account being overdrawn and I could not use my account at all. They politely advised that the refund will be in my account within 3-5 working days which is unacceptable because my account was in a debit balance I could not buy food, petrol etc. I tried for 3 days constantly for them to refund my money immediately due to this, phoning them 5-6 times a day and all they had was we will phone you back, no one ever phoned back and so this carried on for 3 days with me having to phone them constantly. They had no care in the world that I could not Provide for my family, put petrol in my car to actually go to work, all they had to say was "we apologize for the inconvenience" They were fast to take much extra from my account but when it came to giving it back they had numerous excuses. DO NOT USE PNP ASAP AT ALL, *******, ****s and no care about anything except their bank account being filled with money
