PnP ASAP disaster

PnP launched their delivery service. So I thought of using it, as Pick n Pay is closer than its competitors.

1st Issue Bought around R200 worth of goods. Only for the payment to be successful, yet the order remained in the cart.

These funds then got added to my PnP ASAP as credits.

2nd Issue I tried to utilize these funds, causing it to go into a pending state.

Phoned customer service Said that it will be available in 24/48 hours again. After 3 days still nothing

Sent an email Did a bad review on play store Sent another email

And now, 10 days later, still no update or response from PnP regarding my issues.

This is now bordering on theft, as they have my money and I have mot received any products from pick n pay.
