PNP ASAP *******

I placed a pnp asap ordered on the 3/08/23 money was paid and everything for my order, no one called to say the delivery is here just got email to say order delivered.. Bear in mind I received no order to this day. I called customer service immediately was helped by a very helpful gentlemen that said he’d get me sorted.. I am still waiting for it too get sorted.. I have sent multiple emails to say I would like the money that was taken order if my account to be refund cause how in the hell can u take my money and not evens give me my items.. absolutely gusting from pnp this is why I trust checkers & dash , PNP. Is wack going down hill..
