Pnp Asap daylight ******* everyday

Daylight ******* to the core. I am so disappointed.i guess the main reason they removed the wallet service on their new asap was to rob us blind. To date I am owed close to R500 but this **** called pnp asap. When items are sold out they don't reimburse the balance and when you complain they just give a story that does not make sense. For example I bought groceries amounting to plus minusR 1800 which they deducted. My groceries came to R1500 and something since some items were sold out. The R281 was not returned. The new asap is robbing us and pick n pay is not doing anything about it. The only time they return money is when you ask for a refund otherwise the overpayment is never returned.
