Pnp ASAP customer service very BAD

We tried the ASAP app. Very nice, but we did not receive items which we were billed for. Ive been trying to phone the customer care department, but no luck. Theres no answer, I have been holding on for 30min... no one answer the phone. I have tried to phone them everyday for a week now. Even left messages... no one is getting back to us.
