PnP ASAP concerns

When did PNP ASAP become such a let down on delivery times and substitution of items. The orders take up to 3 hours and sometimes even more to get delivered. Inform your customers if there are delays, it's common courtesy. This is not a donation service, the items are being purchased and the delivery also being paid for. What's the point of picking a substitute product if that is never available either. I really hope that this is just festive season issues, which I doubt though because I have noticed the change since September 2024.
