PnP ASAP charging R45-99 for 2 normal donuts!!!!!

on 24/10 I placed an order on PnP ASAP order no ***0. I ordered 2 donuts priced on app as R9.99 per unit. When I received my order there were 2 donuts in box with sticker R23-00 . When I went back to my order invoice is saw that I was charged R45-99 for 2 donuts. On the order invoice it stated 4.604 units. I checked my bankstmt and saw that that I was debited with 2 amounts. One amt for R226-87 and another one for R26-01. I immediately send and email with regards to this. I am still waiting for an reply back. The PNP that I ordered from was PnP Wilropark. I have seen on social that this is happening to a lot of people and that PNP ASAP don't reply on their emails. Is this a way for PnP to make more money. I will definitely think twice if will ever order via ASAP. Seems like Checkers Sixty 60 will be a better option to order from.
