Pnp ASAP cannot deliver the convince they are selling

So today, i was feeling tired in the afternoon and decided to order a few things i needed from the shop with pnp asap, the order did not arrive and was cancelled. This is the 2nd time this is happening and mind you the shops are closed by the time my order is cancelled and there is no way i can get the things u needed. The reason for cancelling is that they could not get hold of me, fine my old number is in the App, but their app is so silly in that, they have a one way communication system. So if you are a customer you can communicate via the app chat, which takes up to one to respond, the drivers number who is delivering is not there, so there is absolutely no way you can reach the driver to coordinate delivery. In top of that, the app said the driver was at my gate, seeing that there is no way for me to send them the access code, i drove to the gate n when i got there no one is there and security says there hasnt been anyone. I was soooo inconvenienced by this app today n this is the 2nd time, so disappointed?. Customer service agent *** was not even apologetic about the descrepancies in their side
