PnP asap can do much better

I order a few items on Pick N pay ASAP at about 5pm. My order arrived at my apartment at about 9pm via uber!! The delivery guy or someone made an arrangement with uber and numerous uber drivers were not willing to bring the parcel. Pick pay ASAP only responds with an email saying I got my parcel so the matter was resolved. Yes I'm thankful for the parcel that arrived. I queried the time it took them to deliver my parcel. I expected a voucher or free delivery as a token of apology, but nothing, zero, nada!! Definitely going to think twice to use ASAP. Maybe PnP asap could be renamed to PnP slow pokes? I'm not satisfied with your service.
