Pnp asap big ****mer

I bought groceries with pnp asap and two items were missing in the groceries iv made ive been calling im on my third consultant and they all estimate tht il receive my refund by the end of business day and clearly its all a lie they informed me tat they will communicate via email o havent received an email whatsoever… this is really not on i feel ****** or ****med….
