PNP ASAP bad service

They don’t even a star, I used PNP ASAP to order groceries and my order was missing items I send them the review and they said they will refund me I am still waiting even today, I ordered an item and on the app it was a different amount for packaging I raised an issue with them they still don’t respond. Today my order was missing an item again but they still charged me even though the item is sold out the slip and the amount they requested is not the same.
