Pnp Asap bad service

PNP ASAP has the worse service ever i placed an order on the 30/08/2026 at 09:30 by 12 my order was never delivered customer services only called after i enquired coz no driver wants to deliver to my area i should rather collect , they cancelled my order without informing me they will cancel and refund my money is still not in my account , placed another order at 13:45 different store same issue i was fighting with customer services regarding my order why do they deliver to our areas but no driver wants to deliver , i had to drive to go and meet the driver but i paid for deliver fee i will never buy from a pnp again
