PnP Asap are ********s....!!!!

I placed an order on pnp asap while i was on holiday in Durban point on the 19th March 2022. Took a while for them to cone... Eventually they texted that they would deliver the next day by 11 i think.... I called and emailed them to cancel the order... I would have checked out by then. They actually said no problem..... Days went by and no refund... I satrted to follow up and was sent from pillar to post. 1st they said they'd been tfyin to pay but couldn't because my bank would not allow them... They asked that i send alternative bank details.... Still no refund. I called again and a Micheal swore up and down that he'd confirm with Nadeed and call me back as she was on a call. Just as this whole thing... that was just another lie 2days later, he sends an email saying if i want they could refund by giving a promo voucher to the same value.... I actually agreed as i realise this is just fun and games for @PnP asap..... Guess what... That voucher came to the value of R26....

Who on earth would have bought groceries for that amount... Their delivery fee alone is R35 Sooo.... Pick n Pay doesnt have money to refund client??????
